Enterprise Technical Support Engineer (CS-Tech 3)
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Communication or Computer Engineering
Certified CCNA is a must.
Certified CCIP or CCNP is preferred.
Very good user for computer applications including Microsoft Office.
From 1 to 2 years in customer service experience.
Excellent Communication, Team Work, Time Management, Problem solving skills.
