Big company of real estate construction is hiring IT and help desk engineer ..
o All Computers, Licenses, and Network devices (purchasing and updates).
o Install and maintain company’s physical Network.
o Network Administration, troubleshooting and monitoring.
o Manage domain (Create user accounts, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Share Folder, backup, printing…etc.), troubleshoot is problems.
o Manage Mikrotik firewall (Linux based) about managing its DHCP, creating its server hotspot and users, making some users authenticated to browse internet, assigning internet bandwidth to connected users, and managing its web proxy of permit and deny users to access web sites.
o Configure MS Outlook with Mail Server and troubleshoot its problems.
o Installing UPSs for electric safety of computers, network devices, and printers.
o Establish all types of new networks (Wired and Wireless) in the outdoor sites of the company.
o Installing and configuring computers’ hardware, and software systems.
o Maintain and troubleshoot problems of the Computers’ Hardware.
o Troubleshoot software and hardware problems of Printers, Plotters, and Scanners.
o Troubleshoot software and hardware problems of Apple devices (MAC, and iOS).
