IT Technical Support
•Maintain, and troubleshoot IT Systems (MS Windows, MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ISA, TMG, Symantec Backup Exec, WSUS, Linux, Cisco switches VLAN, VoIP systems , Office support, Emails).
•Support end users in all IT related issues (software, hardware, network, OS, applications).
•Develop and maintain documents on architecture and configuration for internal staff and for our clients.
•Actively log and maintain IT task on the helpdesk system.
•Propose ideas and solutions to leverage system needs and performance.
•Good Communication, Team Work, Time Management, and Problem solving skills.
•Organized and hard worker.
•MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP
•Certified CCNA is preferred.
•ITIL foundation certified in preferred.
•Linux Knowledge is a plus.
•2 to 4 years of IT professional experience.
•Very good written and spoken English.
•Very good interpersonal and working in multitasks.
•Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer science is preferred
