Performs first level administration for network resources, diagnoses and resolves network connectivity issues for workstations and printers, or coordinates with the appropriate division for resolution.
– Troubleshooting Windows system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
– Finding solutions to problems, replacing parts as required.
– Research for more reliable or efficient IT& Communication solutions.
– Performs quality assurance testing for new and upgraded versions of the company standard software suite.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or its equivalent.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Hard worker with ability to work under stress
CCNA/MCSA is a plus
