Technical support engineer
About the Job:
You will be responsible for providing remote technical support for clients who have critical response time requirements for their business systems.
You will work independently and as part of a team to urgently analyze technical issues, troubleshoot over the Email/Phone/ remote access or physical visit, and escalate problems when appropriate.
implementing systems, but also support, administration and maintenance of already existing systems in our customers.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Solve clients’ problems throughout visiting them or over the phone or remote access.
Provide training to customers and how to use our products, including troubleshooting, system updates, support, etc…
Explain the accounting module program to the clients
Training clients on the software programs
Prioritize and resolve open cases
Ability to write, modify, and execute SQL queries for SQL Server
Know about accounting system, POS and ERP.
Know about accounting software.
