Technical Support Scope :-
– Resolution Time for on Call Cases will be 4 hours
– The application troubleshooting will cover
– Microsoft Office application
– Tabs \ Oracle Java
– VPN Application
– Cisco
– Remedy
– Symantec
– NAC agent
– Windows application
– Adobe

Help Desk Roles & Responsibilities :-
– Providing/Removing users with required tools:-
– TABS
– VOMS
– Remedy
– Accelion
– Citrix
– VPN
– Providing Remedy Performance Reports to Dept. Managers
– Configuring Cisco IP Phones
– Providing National/International Calls on Cisco IP Phones
– Handle workflows:-
– Firewall
– Data Warehouse
– Internet exception request
– Unix DB request
– Handle end users software issues (first line support)
– Handle resignations

Network/Systems Topology & Configuration :-
– Add/Remove employees privileges in The client domain
– Add email and group email
– Provide internet access
– Rest password
– Create 3rd party users
– Add/Remove computer name on The client domain
– Provide VPN & Citrix

Accelion :-
– Provide large size attachments for emails

CMC :-
– To assist in troubleshooting user problem remotely.
