Urgently required for a Huge Real Estate company in 6-October: Engineering customer Service Accountabilities:
1- Attend to project unites delivery in presence of client service rep.
, listen to client observations, and ensure of applying all clients’ inquires /questions in professional manners.
2- Report the constructional technical problems considering clients’ observations, discuss and coordinate with direct manager for proper action.
3- Assess the architectural problem,
recommend proper solutions considering relevant cost and quality jobs in accordance with job contractor and consultant office.
4- Verify non proper jobs while execution cycle,
against authorized license or validity, report for necessary action.
5- Conduct frequent daily jobs to ensure on going jobs implementations as per time frame.
6- Make sure readiness of all unites under delivery upon to last problem solving and clients’ inquiries.
7- Assess the additional inquiries , check possibility of execution, coordinate with concerned
8- Work closely with all concerned specialists internally or external.
Education: Bachelor of Architect Engineering / Fine Arts Experience:
7-10 Gender: Male
