-Developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets.
-Developing relationships with clients.
– Responsible for meeting targets and actively driving revenue growth/increasing co. market share through managing the assigned during all stages of the sales process and bringing-in new customer accounts.
– Must be able to indentify all technical issues of customer and propose / generate the right solution (service).
-Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
-Representing the business at exhibitions and networking events.
– searching for new clients who might benefite from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated area.
– Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirement and providing added value offering.
– Preparing sales reports and keeping customer records.
– Supporting the design of custom-made products.
-Maximizing new business development opportunities.
-Establish a new sales team.
Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or civil field is a must.
Experience in real estate is a must.
Excellent English language.
Excellent computer skills: MS Office.
Possess strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
Organized and analytical,able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Prefer driving license.
